Namakai and Drop the Moon

A great start to the 2018 season with Dom Conway and friends (now "Drop the Moon"): Phil Holmes on tenor sax taking over from Owen Hewson on clarinet (Owen's up in Manchester these days), still Miriam Gould on vocals and violin, Adam Brodigan on drums. A little bit of drizzle failed to dampen people's spirits. Support came from the acoustic duo Namakai, friends of Emilia who drove down from Norwich for the occasion — spellbinding stuff.

I ended up jamming with Namakai late into the night around the remains of the central fire, my saz plus their two acoustic guitars (and a little bit of Native American flute from Emilia):
