Promotional night for an arty 'zine (Adbusters-like aesthetic) put on by some of the more interesting students up at UKC. I dropped in with Matt Tweed (visiting from Cornwall to get started on the illustration of my forthcoming experimentally-formatted local history book) so we could catch newish local acid-folk duo Bearded Sphynx. Also caught sets from live hiphop band The Brewdelics, a rather abstract MC, and Bulgarian psychonaut/producer/MC Yanik playing some hard techno.
