There's no stopping Sue Cross over in Normandy. Here's her latest recipe video, using a rough recording of a tune I recorded with Inge years ago:

The tune's called "Breakfast in Kildare". Inge wrote it after some old men in Kildare cooked us breakfast over a peat fire the morning after a pub session we played on the 1997 Treewalk. No ice cream that morning, but nice to be appreciated with that kind of Irish hospitality.
